Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DMV Print Lab. Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, bulk, wholesale, event, and made-to-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@dmvprintlab.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

Eligible Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible. Once production has started, custom and made-to-order items may not be canceled.
